Job Description
RQ11434 - Software Developer - CRM - Senior
Duration: 6+ Months (140 Business Days)
Location: ONSITE, Toronto, ON
Must Have:
• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
• 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.
• 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
• Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
Nice to have:
• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
Responsibilities
• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
• Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues

• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
• Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
This position is listed as Onsite ; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
