This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical - 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e. g.

software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience - Native fluency in French (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English.

This is a hard requirement — you will conduct customer engagements, produce technical documentation, and deliver presentations in both languages. - 8+ years of hands-on experience with VDI and DaaS solutions — preferably Amazon WorkSpaces, AppStream 2. 0, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, or VMware/Omnissa Horizon.

You must demonstrate production-level depth: deployment architecture, image management, directory integration, networking, and operational troubleshooting. - 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in enterprise applications and infrastructure.

- Demonstrated understanding of agentic AI patterns at Level 200+ depth: foundation model capabilities, prompt engineering principles, tool use/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous agent workflows.

- Experience serving enterprise or public sector customers in Canada, with demonstrated ability to navigate procurement, compliance, and regulatory requirements (GC Cloud, PBMM, PIPEDA, provincial privacy legislation). - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, PowerShell, or Node.

js) for building integrations, automation, and proof-of-concept implementations. - Willingness to travel up to 25% - 50% for on-site customer engagements across Canada.
