Fully remote A base of up to £45,000, a bonus worth up to £20,000, and a fully remote setup with hours built around results. The Event Sales Manager, Conference Organiser comes into an established conference platform and a specialist healthcare audience already primed for growth. - Commission and performance bonus of up to £20,000 on top of base - Fully remote with flexible hours built around your output - 25 days annual leave plus public holidays - Equipment and home connectivity provided - Direct access to the owner, ideas heard and decisions made fast - A niche sector with real intellectual weight and an engaged client base The Company This is a boutique, owner-run events and media business producing hybrid conferences, exhibition festivals, webinars and on-demand video for the healthcare sector. Around five to six major events run across the UK and Ireland each year, supported by an established content catalogue and a loyal specialist audience. The Event Sales Manager - Conference Organiser sits at the commercial centre of the operation, working alongside editorial, design and production teams who all share the same roof, so decisions are fast and collaboration is genuine. The Role The Event Sales Manager - Conference Organiser is responsible for growing revenue across sponsorship, exhibition space, video packages and content subscriptions, selling into NHS Trusts, universities, pharma companies and health associations across the UK and Ireland. - Sell sponsorship, exhibition and video packages across the annual event portfolio - Develop new client relationships through outreach, video calls and networking - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close via CRM - Build repeat business with existing NHS, pharma and association clients - Attend UK and Ireland events to represent the business and generate leads - Feed market intelligence back to the owner to inform commercial strategy The Candidate The right Event Sales Manager - Conference Organiser will have a proven track record in commercial sales within the pharma or healthcare sector, with direct experience selling conferences, exhibitions or sponsorship. You will be comfortable working independently toward clear revenue targets. Familiarity with health associations, the NHS or policy environments is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is genuine curiosity about healthcare content. An Event Sales Manager - Conference Organiser who is self-directed, motivated by real earning upside, and comfortable owning their own pipeline will fit straight in. Base salary sits between £35,000 and £45,000, with a performance bonus that can add as much as £20,000 on top, all delivered through a fully remote setup with no micromanagement.
