Job Description

Vice President - Technology: We are looking for a Vice President - Technology to lead the design, development, and scaling of the trading technology platform. The ideal candidate should have experience building algorithmic trading systems, integrating trading infrastructure, and leading engineering teams. Experience in High-Frequency Trading (HFT) or quantitative trading technology is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of the trading technology roadmap. - Build and enhance OMS, RMS, EMS, portfolio management, and execution platforms. - Design scalable, low-latency systems for algorithmic and automated trading. - Integrate with exchanges, brokers, custodians, market data providers, and other third-party platforms. - Drive automation across the trade lifecycle, reporting, and operational workflows. - Lead architecture, code quality, cloud infrastructure, and technology best practices. - Collaborate with investment, operations, compliance, and product teams to deliver robust trading solutions. - Build and mentor a high-performing technology team. Technical Skills: - Must have strong knowledge of: 1. Algorithmic & Automated Trading Platforms 2. OMS / EMS / RMS 3. FIX Protocol & Exchange APIs 4. Equities and Derivatives Markets 5. C++, Python, Java, or C# 6. SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis 7. AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes 8. Microservices and API architecture Preferred Experience: - 8+ years in Capital Markets, FinTech, HFT, PMS, AIF, Brokerages, or Investment Management. - Experience developing institutional trading platforms. - Good understanding of Equity and Derivatives markets. - Prior experience as an HFT Software Developer or working on low-latency trading systems will be a strong advantage. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
