Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: California Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide clinical and executive leadership across healthcare service sites in the Antelope Valley & East Kern County, CA region. This full-time leadership opportunity combines direct primary care with administrative oversight, provider supervision, quality improvement, and organizational strategy. • Provide direct primary care services approximately 60% of the time • Dedicate approximately 40% of the schedule to administrative leadership • Supervise and support MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs • Lead clinical quality and performance initiatives • Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational strategy and operations Requirements • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution • Board Certification in a primary care specialty such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or related specialty • Active California medical license or eligibility for immediate licensure • Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience • Minimum 3 years of medical leadership experience • Prior FQHC or community health experience preferred • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Commitment to serving underserved communities and advancing health equity Benefits • Full-time leadership position • 60% clinical and 40% administrative structure • Monday–Friday schedule • Relocation assistance available • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution • Generous paid time off, holidays, and wellness leave • CME time and allowance • FTCA malpractice coverage • NHSC & state loan repayment program eligibility
