The successful candidate - Experience in project management from design phase through implementation and operation - Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, Architecture (or country equivalent) - Project management, construction or engineering experience with experience managing both new builds and the enhancement of existing warehouses/logistics buildings - Construction market experience in one or more EU countries is key asset
