eCommerce Operations Manager - FMCG Portfolio

Role Overview: The E-commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end e-commerce operations for the company's FMCG portfolio across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, D2C channels, and the company website. The role focuses on ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory availability, product listing accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while driving sales growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities : - Manage daily operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.). - Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog management. - Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for timely order fulfillment. - Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and customer ratings. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches. - Analyze platform performance and prepare MIS reports with actionable insights. - Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service level agreements (SLAs). - Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 1012 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the FMCG industry. - Hands-on experience managing leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP/e-commerce management systems. - Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
