We're Hiring for Senior Data Scientist (Machine Learning & AI) for MNC Company Department: Data & Analytics / AI Labs Employment Type: Full-time Location: India ( Remote ) Experience: 6 – 10 Years Compensation: INR 41 LPA – 58 LPA Position Overview We are looking for a high-impact Senior Data Scientist to lead the development and deployment of enterprise-grade Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex research and production-grade software delivery—architecting scalable algorithms, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and driving business intelligence across critical products. Key Responsibilities • Model Design & Development: Architect, train, and validate complex Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI/LLM models to solve core business problems. • Production Deployment: Package and deploy models into highly available, low-latency production environments using FastAPI/Flask, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Generative AI & LLMs: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, fine-tune open-source models (Hugging Face, Llama), and optimize prompt engineering pipelines. • MLOps & Pipeline Automation: Establish automated CI/CD pipelines for ML models, including tracking, drift detection, feature store management, and model monitoring (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI). • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Cloud Architects to turn raw data into scalable analytics solutions. Target Educational Qualifications & Alma Mater Mandate • Degree: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / Dual Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related quantitative disciplines. • Target Institutes: Candidates graduating from premier institutions listed in the Top Engineering Colleges in India grid, including: Required Technical Skills • Programming Languages: Python, Advanced SQL. • Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, LangChain, Hugging Face. • MLOps & Cloud: AWS SageMaker or GCP Vertex AI, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow.
