What You Will Be Doing:
This role involves assisting the buyer in completing and executing long- and short-term strategies, supporting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, co-ordinating and loading promotions, reporting, and managing samples.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations.
• Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and SAP including raising and maintaining purchase orders.
• Manage promotions and pricing within relevant systems and co-ordinate across teams. Approve all final Marketing assets.
• Manage all store and promotional communications for the category.
• Optimise and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience and assisting Customer care with any product queries.
• Approval of all pre-production and shipping samples
• Serve as the primary contact for Artistry's Master Data & E-commerce queries.
• Assist in developing and sourcing new products, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Maintain and update data integrity, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.
About You:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in SAP (preferred).
• Experience/Background within BA roles - minimum 2 years
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, always looking to improve processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
• A genuine passion for retail and a desire to contribute to a growing business.
