– Senior Full Stack Engineer Position Senior Full Stack Engineer Experience 6–10 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies , with expertise in modern frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. • Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces. • Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices. • Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality software solutions. • Design and implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. • Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable code. • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance. • Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data-protection practices. • Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems. • Write unit, integration, and automated tests. • Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other stakeholders. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. • Monitor production applications and participate in incident resolution. • Mentor team members and promote software engineering best practices. Required Skills Frontend • Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js . • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript . • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. • Knowledge of frontend state-management frameworks such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent. • Experience with frontend testing frameworks. Backend Strong experience with one or more: • Java / Spring Boot • Node.js / Express.js • .NET / ASP.NET Core • Python / Django / FastAPI • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices. • Experience with API security, authentication, and authorization. • Knowledge of asynchronous programming and distributed systems. Database • Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle . • Good knowledge of SQL, database design, indexing, and query optimization. • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis is an advantage. Cloud & DevOps • Experience with at least one cloud platform: • AWS • Microsoft Azure • Google Cloud • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. • Strong knowledge of Git and Git-based development workflows. Architecture & Design • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID principles . • Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture. • Experience designing scalable and highly available applications. • Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures. • Knowledge of system design and distributed systems. • Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS is a plus. Testing & Quality • Experience with unit and integration testing. • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks. • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus. • Strong understanding of code quality, static analysis, and secure coding practices. Good to Have • Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools . • Knowledge of GraphQL. • Experience with WebSockets or real-time applications. • Knowledge of serverless architecture. • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry . • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture. The candidate should demonstrate excellent system-design skills, strong coding practices, troubleshooting ability, and the ability to provide technical leadership within a development team.
