Head - Cybersecurity & Information Security - Healthcare Product Portfolio

Role Overview: Lead and own the overall Cybersecurity and Information Security function for IQ-Line. This role is accountable for securing the company's healthcare product portfolio, Azure cloud, enterprise infrastructure, networks, and information assets while building a high-performing security team. Mandatory Experience: - 8-12 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security. - Mandatory experience securing HealthTech products such as HIMS, LIMS, EMR/EHR, PACS/RIS or similar healthcare platforms. - Hands-on experience securing both on-premise and cloud (SaaS/Azure) healthcare deployments. - Experience working with product engineering teams to implement Secure SDLC and DevSecOps. - Experience leading customer security audits, vulnerability management, and incident response. Key Responsibilities: - Own enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. - Build and lead the Information Security team. - Drive Product Security, Application Security, and DevSecOps. - Own cloud, infrastructure, network, and endpoint security through internal teams. - Lead VAPT, vulnerability management, SIEM, and incident response. - Drive ISO 27001, DPDP compliance, and customer security requirements. - Review security architecture for new products and technology initiatives. - Report security posture, risks, and improvement plans to leadership.
