Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. • 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience. • Mandatory experience with Salesforce Service Cloud projects. Required Skills • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud. • Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. • Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Data Loader, Workbench, and VS Code. • Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization. • Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
