Job Description

Pay: $135,000. 00 - $195,000. 00 per year Why This Is a Great Opportunity Build meaningful expertise in family law while handling substantive matters from strategy through resolution. Take ownership of your own cases and appear in court as lead counsel.

Handle a varied caseload spanning divorce, custody, child support, property division, modifications, and enforcement matters. Location: Fully remote within Texas, with a preference for candidates in the Austin area.

Candidates must reside within approximately 100 miles of Austin and be able to appear in court when needed. A dedicated home workspace, high-speed internet, and multiple monitors are required.

Note: Candidates must have an active Texas Bar license in good standing, at least 2 years of family law experience, and demonstrated experience serving as lead attorney on their own cases and representing clients as lead counsel in courtroom hearings or other proceedings.
