Discover the Role The Associate Fund Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate fund accounting records and delivering high-quality financial reporting for assigned client portfolios.

This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of fund accounting standards, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Reporting Maintain the general ledger and perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for funds Prepare NAV calculations, investor allocations, and capital account statements Ensure accurate recording of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest Financial Statements & Compliance Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS GAAP Ensure compliance with local regulations and client-specific requirements Investor Reporting Prepare investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices Maintain investor records and respond to investor queries in a timely manner Regulatory Reporting Reporting to the Bank of Italy and Consob CRS/FATCA reporting Key Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic field Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in fund accounting Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and fund structures Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines What’s in it for you?
