Job Description

For the GS14: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service, or equivalent, performing information technology systems-administration work that includes: Designing, implementing, or maintaining enterprise cloud, server, virtual desktop, directory, file, or productivity-platform services; Developing infrastructure configurations, technical procedures, deployment documentation, or implementation plans for enterprise information technology services; Troubleshooting and resolving server, cloud, identity, application-delivery, performance, security, or operational issues and recommending corrective actions; Evaluating technologies, system requirements, resource usage, licensing, costs, risks, or implementation options and presenting recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders; and Leading technical work by assigning or balancing tasks, establishing milestones, monitoring progress, coordinating contributors, and providing guidance on systems-administration projects.

AND Basic Requirement: In addition to the Specialized Experience above, you must meet the basic requirements for the Information Technology (IT) Management Series 2210 as described below. A.
