Job Description

Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology, Operations Triage Group (OTG).

This role will develop clear, concise technical communications, reports, briefs, presentations, summaries, and white papers for VA stakeholders. The Technical Writer will work with technical and program teams to translate complex information into accessible, audience-appropriate content in a fast-paced environment.
