Through strategic leadership and deep industry expertise, the Field CTO drives digital transformation, delivers measurable business value, and influences Cloudera ’s product direction by bridging customer needs with cutting-edge technology.

In this role, you will establish trusted partnerships with C-level executives, positioning Cloudera as a strategic ally in digital transformation and steering enterprise customers toward a modern Open Data Lakehouse (Iceberg) architecture and scalable Enterprise AI (GenAI) capabilities.

As EMEA Field CTO you will: Advise senior customers: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, understand their data and digital transformation challenges, and guide them on hybrid cloud, AI and modern data strategies.

Translate technology into business value: Map customer challenges to Cloudera ’s platform and articulate clear business outcomes, ROI and success metrics.

Provide technical leadership: Shape executive thinking around hybrid data, Open Data Lakehouse, AI, governance, security and enterprise GenAI, translating complex technologies such as Iceberg and Ozone into business value.

Drive thought leadership: Represent Cloudera externally through conferences, panels, executive forums and industry events, positioning Cloudera as a leader in Open Data Lakehouse and Enterprise AI. Engage by industry: Apply deep industry knowledge to address
