This is a player-coach leadership role for a builder who can develop a high-performing team while remaining hands-on with critical searches and driving improvements across our talent acquisition strategy.

Role Overview

The Director of North America Talent Acquisition will lead a team of three recruiters while personally owning complex hiring initiatives, particularly across senior technical, engineering, AI, data, cloud, and leadership roles.

This role is designed for a hands-on TA leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving challenging hiring problems, and can balance team leadership with execution. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and passionate about using technology and AI to improve recruiting effectiveness.

They will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, strengthen our recruiting capabilities, and ensure Egen continues to attract top talent in competitive markets.
