Position Title: Fire Life Safety Commissioning Field Technician III Position Location: Remote - work from anywhere in the United States. Must be located near a major airport. Travel Requirements: Up to 75% domestic travel; relocation may be considered for long-term project needs.

Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles. JOB SUMMARY The Fire Life Safety Commissioning Field Technician III provides technical support to plan, schedule and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical facilities.

This person participates in the MEP/FLS design review process and in functional testing of complex fire/life safety & mechanical systems.

This person will collaborate with design engineers, construction contractors, equipment vendors, authorities having jurisdiction and client staff to test, validate and make operational newly installed and operational fire/life safety & mechanical systems including those in mission critical facilities.

The Fire Life Safety Commissioning Field Technician III will receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. May work independently, consistently exercising discretion and independent judgment on individual work, or may work under immediate supervision.
