Compensation : $200,000–$220,000/year Team & Position Details: Virtru is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Global Public Sector Operations Director to help drive and scale our rapidly growing government business.

Reporting to the President of Global Public Sector, this role will be the operational backbone of that momentum, owning the processes, and cross-functional alignment that enable our public sector teams to execute at the speed of the mission.

As the Global Public Sector Operations Director, your responsibilities will include: Defining and executing a scalable operational strategy for Virtru 's Global Public Sector business, spanning U. S. Federal, Defense & Intelligence, and International Government segments.

Building and managing multi-year operational roadmaps and budgets, aligned to aggressive growth targets across the public sector
