Deputy Head - Footwear & Accessories

Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 10-12 buyers and designers across footwear and accessories. - Independently manage product development for both Men's and Women's categories. - Drive sourcing, vendor management, and product innovation. - Ensure commercial efficiency, cost optimization, and timely delivery. - Build scalable processes and systems to manage large volumes. - Provide strategic direction on product assortment, design, and market positioning. - Collaborate with leadership to align category growth with business objectives. Qualifications and Experience: - 15+ years of experience in footwear and accessories sourcing, buying, and product development. - Strong product expertise with proven success in managing diverse categories. - Commercial acumen and ability to drive profitability. - Experience in leading large teams and scaling operations. - Excellent industry network and stakeholder management skills.
