What You’ll Be Doing Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality. Provide attentive and personalised service throughout the guest experience. Take and deliver orders accurately, including special requests and dietary requirements.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of our menu, wine selection, and cocktail offerings to provide thoughtful recommendations. Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience through relevant food and beverage recommendations.

Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the restaurant. Support opening and closing procedures and other daily operational requirements.
