Job Description

JOB SUMMARY/ JOB OVERVIEW : The Senior HR Executive oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, including the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with Singapore statutory regulations, and effective employee relations.

This role also supports HR process improvements, mentors junior team members, and contributes to organizational initiatives, requiring strong accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in line with local employment laws.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and oversee the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.

Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR functions including salary administration, employee movements (transfers, promotions, confirmations, resignations), and compliance with statutory regulations.

Take ownership of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including commissions, incentives, allowances, and reimbursements. Prepare and submit CPF contributions, Income Tax (IR21, IR8A), and other statutory requirements in compliance with regulations.

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee records and HR databases. Draft, review, and ensure proper documentation of all employment-related letters such as contracts, confirmation letters, termination letters, increment letters, and bonus letters.

Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota monitoring in compliance with MOM regulations. Oversee foreign staff management, including medical check-ups, insurance administration, government portal updates, and overall compliance.

Support and lead HR projects, process improvements, and HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
