Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily retail operations and ensure excellent customer service Lead, coach and motivate the sales ream to achieve operational and sales goals Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, stock accuracy and product prevention Support in-store promotions, visual merchandising and marketing campaigns Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and operational procedures Maintain.
clean, organised and welcoming store environment Key Requirements: Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory role within a retail/ FMCG environment Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint )
