Job Description

What you'll be doing Support the Team in managing key institutional priorities, engagements, meetings and strategic commitments Coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, official visits and local or overseas travel arrangements Prepare and quality-check briefing papers, presentations, talking points and management reports for senior leadership Track key decisions, action items and follow-ups to ensure priorities are progressed within agreed timelines Lead and manage cross-functional projects assigned by senior leadership, including project planning, timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies Work closely with departments and corporate functions to drive project implementation and resolve issues affecting delivery Support leadership meetings, management forums, strategic retreats and governance platforms, including preparation of papers and follow-up actions Maintain governance records, action trackers and decision logs to provide visibility of key institutional priorities Support organisational transformation and process improvement initiatives, translating priorities into practical implementation plans Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI and automation to improve executive office productivity and workflows Develop dashboards, trackers and digital solutions to support reporting, monitoring and data-informed decision-making Support budget, procurement, contract, manpower planning, audit and records management activities within the Executive Office Coordinate office-wide operational matters and provide support on evolving institutional priorities What we're looking for Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Healthcare Administration/ Public Administration/ Project Management or related studies 4 – 6 years of working experience in project management, corporate planning, executive office, PMO, strategy, transformation or business operations Experience working with senior management or leadership teams in a comple
