Job Description
1. ElevateClinical & Service Excellence · Support Lead Clinician in the development and implementation of clinical frameworks, protocols, and standard operating procedures that guide service delivery across Family Services.
· Ensure adherence to MSF-mandated requirements, overseeing the development of manualsand process guidelines that drive compliance and excellence. · Establish robust quality assurance mechanisms to track and enhance clinical effectiveness.
· Conduct regular practice observations and case reviews, auditing to assess and refine service standards, ensuring alignment with best practices. 2.
Strengthening Professional Development & Capability Building · Develop and lead training programmes, workshops, and reflective practice sessions for Family Services professionals, enhancing their clinical capabilities.
· Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and coaching for senior practitioners, guiding them in managing complex cases and ethical dilemmas. · Establish a learning culture that encourages the continuous development of social workers and counsellors through structured competency-building initiatives. 3.
Practice Leadership and Clinical Supervision within CET · Supervise up to Senior Social Worker (SSW) practitioners within the CET, providing clinical direction, oversight, and professional support for their cross-service work across Family Services.
· Supervise SSW (and below) CET practitioners in providing direct case management, co-working, and case consultation for higher-risk or complex cases when deployed to services for coverage. · Supervise FSC practitioners, up to Senior Social Worker (and equivalent) level when deployed to services for coverage.
· Exercise clinical governance across Family Services, ensuring that practice standards, risk management protocols, and case management approaches are consistently upheld across FSCs and related programmes. · Facilitate practice alignment across services, identifying variations in practice and work
