Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. On-site Operations Management Be responsible for on-site operations at the JD Logistics project in Singapore, supporting the client with daily transportation and distribution operations, on-site management, and communication coordination.
Respond promptly to the client's daily operational needs, follow up on on-site execution, and ensure smooth transportation and delivery operations. 2.
Exception Handling & Issue Follow-up Respond promptly to exceptions related to delivery, transportation, driver services, and other operational issues reported by the client. Quickly assess the situation and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve the issues.
Follow up on the progress of issue resolution, drive timely closure, and minimize the impact on the client's business operations. 3.
Driver & Fleet Coordination Coordinate daily communication and collaboration among the client, drivers, and fleet operators to ensure smooth execution of delivery tasks and on-site arrangements.
Based on the client's business requirements, assist the fleet team with driver dispatching, task allocation, and on-site coordination. Communicate client requirements and business changes in a timely manner, and coordinate the resolution of issues encountered by drivers and fleet teams during operations. 4.
Daily Operations Support Assist in monitoring daily operational activities, including orders, delivery tasks, vehicles, and drivers, to ensure smooth and orderly on-site operations. Perform basic operational data collection, reporting, statistics, and information consolidation to support daily management.
Support the company and client in other project-related operational management activities as required.
Requirements
Preferable Diploma or above , with no specific major required. Candidates with a background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related disciplines are preferred. Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, delivery, customer service, or
