Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet and lead the team to achieve sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet. Lead, manage and motivate the outlet team. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance and training. Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally. Monitor inventory, stock usage and wastage. Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and company SOPs are maintained. Handle daily cash/POS and basic outlet administrative matters.
Report operational issues and performance updates to management.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, retail or outlet management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Sales and customer-service oriented. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. F&B / Chinese cuisine experience is an advantage.
