• 2% Medical Allowance per month Job Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects. Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule and specifications.
Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients and subcontractors on project matters. Review construction drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
Prepare method statements, work schedules, material submissions and technical documentation. Coordinate material deliveries, manpower and site resources. Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings. Ensure all P&S installations comply with PUB, BCA and project requirements.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards. Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.
Experience in new build projects such as HDB, Condominium and Commercial developments is preferred. Able to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment.
