Salary up to $8,500 per month + 1 month Bonus 18 days of annual leave + Medical coverage 12-month renewable contract Monday to Friday, office hours - Hybrid Work Conveniently located near Labrador Park MRT Highlight of the role: Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR Business Partnering, you will serve as a trusted HR partner to assigned divisions.

You will understand their business and workforce needs, provide practical HR solutions and support initiatives that build an engaged workforce and positive organisational culture. What You’ll Be Doing Partner with business divisions and senior stakeholders to understand their workforce needs.

Provide strategic HR advice on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management and rewards. Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee development initiatives. Support organisational change, staff engagement and culture-building programmes.

Work with specialist HR teams to deliver suitable HR solutions. Provide guidance on HR policies, processes and people-related matters. What We’re Looking For Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. Min 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or HR generalist functions.
