OPERATION MANAGER

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure our outlets operate smoothly, efficiently, and consistently. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on experience in outlet operations, manpower management, customer service, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards. Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and performance. Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.

Monitor outlet sales, productivity, service quality, and overall performance. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions. Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

Conduct regular outlet inspections and follow up on improvement areas. Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments. Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to management. Support the opening of new outlets and implementation of new operational initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Minimum 5 –10 years of relevant operations management experience , preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of outlet operations and manpower management.

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently. Able to manage multiple outlets and handle a fast-paced working environment. Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required. Good command of English and/or Mandarin.

Candidates with experience in multi-outlet F&B operations will have an added advantage.
