Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and organized Crewing Executive to join our operations team. You will manage crew changes ,coordinate logistics, and ensure that project requirements are fully manned with qualified, certified personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Crew Planning & Deployment: Coordinate crew mobilization, demobilization, flight bookings, visas, and accommodation. Compliance & Certification: Monitor project personnel licenses, training matrices, and mandatory offshore certifications.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date crew databases, contracts, and personal records.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise smoothly with Project Team, Clients for all project personnel requirements Welfare & Support: Handle crew queries, monitor well-being, and assist with payroll or dispute resolution Requirements Experience: Minimum [1–3] years of experience in offshore project crewing Education: Diploma in Business Administration, or Human Resources.
Skills: Strong knowledge of offshore requirements (Diving & ROV) and crewing software. Excellent multitasking and communication skills. Attributes: Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and a strong team player
