Manager

Main responsibilities: Drive the sales and promotion of our flavour portfolio to existing and potential customers across assigned accounts and territories. Identify new market opportunities, product concepts and business opportunities to support business growth.

Support regional sales activities and collaborate with overseas offices to promote the flavour portfolio. Work closely with Marketing, Creation and Laboratory teams on sample submissions, market trends, customer requirements and new product opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, product launches, market strategies and business developments. Prepare and deliver professional presentations on flavour solutions and product concepts to prospective and existing customers.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, affiliates and internal stakeholders to gather market intelligence and identify business opportunities. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production, product delivery and fulfilment of customer requirements.

Keep up to date with flavour trends, concepts, applications and developments within the food and beverage industry.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline. At least 5 years of sales experience in the Flavour industry Excellent customer relationship management skills and able to work in multi-cultural environment Proficient in English; multilingual is an added value A team player with good interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills and with good influencing skills
