Job Description

Based at Nike's European Headquarters in Hilversum, the Netherlands, you will join the EMEA Sports Marketing Operations team. Our mission is to ensure Nike partners with the right federations, athletes, and organizations to strengthen our position as the world's leading sports brand.

Within this team, you'll play a critical role in delivering operational excellence across our Track & Field portfolio, ensuring our contracted partners receive best-in-class service and support while driving efficiency and process improvement across the business.

**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH** You will report to the Sports Marketing Operations Manager, Multi Sports EMEA and collaborate closely with teammates across Sports Marketing Operations in both EMEA and Global teams.

In addition, you'll partner with Sports Marketing field teams across EMEA, Supply Chain, Distribution Center Operations, and the Global Track & Field Apparel Promo team to ensure seamless execution and delivery for our contracted federations and groups.

**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR** We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You combine strong operational and analytical capabilities with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuously improving processes and ways of working.

You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships across teams, and using data and insights to drive decisions. Most importantly, you're motivated by delivering exceptional service to some of Nike's most important Track & Field partners.

You'll bring: + Experience in operations, supply chain, demand planning, allocation, inventory management, or a related field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering operational excellence.

+ A continuous improvement mindset and experience identifying and implementing process enhancements. + Ability to build effective partnerships and influence cross-functional stakeholders. + Experience working with external partners, customers, teams, leagues, athletes, or wholesale accounts.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with business systems such as SAP/S4, Cognos, Tableau, or similar planning and reporting platforms.

+ Business and Sport Acumen + Experience / Passion for Track & Field **WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON** As the Senior Professional SM Ops Running, you will help ensure the successful execution of Nike's product and service commitments to contracted Track & Field athletes, federations and groups across EMEA.

Your responsibilities will include: + Managing seasonal product planning activities, including line plan reviews, forecasting, inbound tracking, and delivery planning. + Monitoring inventory levels and supporting allocation decisions to ensure product availability and partner satisfaction.

+ Coordinating operational processes and administrative activities required to support our Track & Field partners. + Identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and drive greater efficiency across the Sports Marketing Operations function.

+ Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, improve execution, and ensure a premium service experience for Nike's assets portfolio. + Contributing to cross-functional projects that support operational excellence and the continued evolution of Sports Marketing Operations.
