Zonal Head - Branch Banking| Visakhapatnam

Description Responsible for managing and growing the retail banking business in the assigned Zone by providing leadership and coordinating with branch managers and retail banking personnel. Responsibilities The primary responsibility is to ensure profitability of the zone and achieving the targets allotted for CASA, TPP, fee etc through the branches. Ensure effective customer service and process compliance across all branches.Responsible for people management, lower attrition and effective communication of corporate objectives and goals down the line. Ensure branch expansion and profitability of each branch. Responsibilities include: 1. Manages a number of retail banking branches to ensure that revenues growth and customer base growth are as per the Zonal business plan. 2. Ensures that all credit and risk parameters applicable to the region are met with 3. Ensures that all service quality targets for the region are met with 4. Develops and builds relationships with high net worth customers 5. Capitalizes on cross-sell opportunities and helps plan and organize sales promotions in coordination with the branch manager and manager marketing 6. Trains, motivates and handles career planning for staff Qualifications Experience: 15 to 20 years Qualifications: Graduation (Any Specialisation) Post Graduation (Any Specialisation)
