Community Relations Manager - Delmanor Elgin Mills

What you’ll do: Ensure occupancy and waiting list targets are met Work with the General Manager and Senior Director, Sales & Marketing to develop a marketing plan, including budget management and submits regular reporting on same. Undertake efforts to stay informed about the competitive landscape Develop and execute an annual community outreach plan, and attend relevant industry conferences and seminars Assist with the set up and maintenance of model and guest suites as required Other duties as required What you bring: Post-secondary education preferably in Business or Hospitality Management with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Community or Public Relations, or at least 5 years’ experience in a related industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as computer literacy Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Flexibility to work at various times of day including evenings and/or weekends Pay range: $62,000 to $72,000 plus bonus
