Job Description

Introduction A Different Kind of Sales Role This isn’t cold calling, territory sales or constant lead generation. You’ll work from our Brisbane clinic during set hours, managing relationships with an established patient base. Our patients have already chosen Ashley & Martin, and your role is to support their progress and help them make informed decisions about continuing their treatment. It is a relationship-led role combining patient care, clinic administration and commercial accountability. Success comes from building trust, understanding each patient’s needs and following through consistently—not high-pressure selling. About Ashley & Martin Ashley & Martin has supported people experiencing hair loss for over 60 years. With clinics across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, we are a recognised leader in medical hair regrowth. We combine personalised treatment, clinical expertise and long-term patient support to help people achieve meaningful results and regain their confidence. Our patients trust us with something deeply personal. We take that responsibility seriously and are committed to providing a professional, supportive and premium experience throughout their treatment journey. Description About the Role This is a full-time, clinic-based role working 76 hours per fortnight, Tuesday to Saturday. You’ll manage relationships across the clinic’s existing patient base—conducting progress check-ups, coordinating ongoing care and guiding conversations about subsequent treatment programs. You’ll be accountable for patient engagement, follow-up, retention and re-enrolment outcomes. As you build your capability, there is an opportunity to progress into broader patient consultation and clinic sales responsibilities. What You’ll Do Manage Patient Relationships • Support patients throughout their treatment journey • Conduct progress check-ups and review progress photos • Build trust and maintain regular patient contact • Respond to questions and coordinate appropriate next steps • Work with the clinic team and GPs to provide a smooth patient experience Support Retention and Re-enrolment • Discuss ongoing treatment options clearly and confidently • Follow up patients approaching the end of their program • Guide patients through subsequent treatment decisions • Maintain accurate and timely follow-up activity • Achieve agreed retention and re-enrolment targets Help Run the Clinic • Manage appointments, patient records and CRM activity • Process payments and complete daily reconciliation • Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality • Assist with reception enquiries and clinic administration • Support stock management and day-to-day clinic operations About You You are a confident, commercially minded relationship builder who understands that excellent service and strong sales performance go hand in hand. You know how to uncover customer needs, communicate value and confidently guide a considered purchasing decision. You are comfortable following up, handling hesitation and asking for the sale—without relying on pressure-based tactics. You will bring: • At least two years’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role with clear sales accountability • A demonstrated ability to convert enquiries, retain customers or grow existing accounts • Confidence discussing price, value and treatment options • The ability to build trust while maintaining commercial focus • Comfort working towards individual and clinic sales targets • Strong follow-up discipline and the resilience to keep opportunities moving • Confidence handling objections and asking for commitment • Strong organisation, administration and CRM capability • A professional and empathetic approach to personal conversations • Genuine motivation to improve both patient outcomes and clinic performance You do not need experience in hair loss or healthcare; we will provide the relevant training. Experience in consultative sales, premium retail, dental, optical, cosmetic clinics, allied health, fitness memberships or other considered-purchase environments would be highly regarded. This role will suit someone who enjoys sales but wants to move away from cold calling, lead generation and territory travel into a more meaningful, relationship-led environment. Skills And Experiences What We Offer • No cold calling, territory management or travel between customers • An established clinic patient base to manage and develop • A predictable Tuesday-to-Saturday clinic roster • Performance incentives linked to patient and clinic outcomes • Structured training and ongoing support • A genuine pathway into broader consultation and clinic sales roles • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to patient confidence • An established and recognised brand with more than 60 years of experience Interested? If you enjoy building relationships, taking ownership and helping customers make considered decisions, we would like to hear from you. Apply now with your résumé and a short introduction outlining why this type of clinic-based, relationship-led role appeals to you.
