Sr Program Specialist

Description As a Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure. • Manage program budgets, resource planning, risks, issues actively, dependencies, and change requests. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. • Ensure compliance requirements, and intended business outcomes. • Adopt a Business Owner mindset over your project • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies • Coordinate project team members and stakeholders • Collaborate with Cross functional teams to ensure project success • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices Qualifications Qualifications • Minimum of 10 years of experience in handling Project • Strong project management skills • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills • Ability to work eCectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities WE VALUE • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field • PMP Certification. • Experience in managing projects of varying complexity • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements • Strong thoughtful and critical thinking skills • Ability to work well in a team environment
