Meet Cliniconex
At Cliniconex, our focus is our customers, our community and our culture. As a small company, we understand the importance of having a team that connects effectively. Whether it’s day-to-day operations or an emergency, teams need to be on the same page, and that’s why we make healthcare communication and collaboration solutions that are as easy as 1,2,3. Easy to implement, easy to use and easy to scale.
Our solution reaches audiences via voice, text or email, strengthens teams with a record of all conversations, and unites a family-centered community through timely, transparent outreach. The result? More time to care.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist at Cliniconex, you’ll own the systems, data and process that generate demand and move deals forward. You’ll run prospect pipeline management, marketing automation, forecasting and budget tracking — turning scattered activity into insight the Sales and Marketing teams can actually act on. This is a build role as much as a run role: our revenue engine is growing quickly, and you’ll have the latitude to design process rather than inherit it. You’ll partner closely with our Customer Success Operations Specialist so the full revenue lifecycle, from first touch through to renewal, runs on clean data and consistent process.
Your Responsibilities:
• Own prospect pipeline management and hygiene in our CRM — stage definitions, exit criteria, deal aging, next-step discipline and close date accuracy.
• Build and maintain pipeline and funnel reporting, covering stage conversion, sales velocity, win rate and pipeline coverage against target.
• Own marketing automation in ActiveCampaign, including campaign build, nurture flows, segmentation, list hygiene, suppression rules and deliverability.
• Manage the lead lifecycle end to end — capture, scoring, routing, qualification definitions, follow-up service levels, and closed-loop attribution from campaign through to closed-won.
• Administer and integrate the sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Calendly and Zapier — field management, flows, validation rules and integration troubleshooting.
• Run the forecasting cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast roll-ups, variance against plan, and scenario modelling to support decisions at the executive level.
• Manage the Sales and Marketing budget — committed versus actual spend, campaign and event budgets, vendor renewals, and reporting on cost per lead and customer acquisition cost.
• Produce the demand generation and pipeline reporting that feeds quarterly business reviews and board reporting.
• Support territory, quota and target setting, and maintain the underlying data for commission and incentive calculations.
• Partner with Channel Partnerships to track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Document process and enable the team through playbooks, field definitions and training, so new process actually gets adopted.
• Uphold data quality standards across lead and prospect records, including enrichment, deduplication and ongoing cleanup.
What We're Looking For:
We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who has the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years in sales operations, marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Hands-on CRM administration experience — reports, dashboards, custom fields, flows and data management. You have configured it, not just used it.
• Demonstrated ownership of a marketing automation platform such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot, including campaign build and nurture logic.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build a forecast model and clearly explain the assumptions behind it.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables and lookup logic.
• Comfort with budget tracking and core commercial metrics such as variance, cost per lead and customer acquisition cost.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once.
Compensation: $70,000- $80,000 CAD
Bonus Points for:
• Experience with Zapier or comparable no-code integration and automation tools.
• Healthcare technology or other regulated-industry B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience with sales intelligence and data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Dun and Bradstreet.
• Practical experience applying AI tooling to revenue operations work — automating reporting, research or repetitive workflow.
• Exposure to a channel or reseller motion, and the reporting it requires.
• Familiarity with common sales methodologies and demand generation strategy.
