•
Utilisation Auditing – Identify underused vehicles across branches and recommend reallocation or disposal to enhance capital efficiency.
Driver Safety & Behaviour Analysis
•
Scorecard Development – Create driver safety scorecards based on telemetry data such as harsh braking, speeding, and rapid acceleration.
•
Risk Reporting – Highlight high-risk drivers or routes to support targeted coaching by the safety team.
•
Compliance Monitoring – Ensure driver electronic logging device (ELD) data complies with regional hours-of-service regulations.
Maintenance Analytics
•
Predictive Maintenance – Analyse breakdown data to transition from reactive repairs to planned, proactive servicing.
•
Vendor & Parts Evaluation – Assess repair turnaround times and costs across workshops to secure best value.
•
Warranty Tracking – Identify parts and repairs eligible for manufacturer warranty claims to recover costs.
•
Reporting – Develop executive dashboards and service level agreement (SLA) reports using Power BI, Excel, and specialised fleet software.
•
Compliance & Sustainability – Support regulatory compliance and track environmental metrics, including modelling fleet transitions to electric or low-emission vehicles.
Requirements
•

•
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA/Macros, Power Query), SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
