This role emphasizes cross-organization collaboration and solution architecture. The Systems Engineer interfaces with product teams, Cross-BA teams, stakeholders, and SEIT leadership to define and deliver digital architecture solutions that support the 1LMX transformation.
Please note: This role requires the ability to acquire and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Travel: Up to 25% CONUS travel as required.
Job Description
The candidate will perform Systems Engineering effort for the integration of cutting edge digital solutions across the organization’s engineering and operations domains. This role will support cross functional teams, support adoption of modern architectures, and help ensure that system of systems meet 1LMX RMS requirements and standards Responsibilities
• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis - Capture functional needs, constraints, and performance criteria; perform gap analysis versus existing 1LMX RMS capabilities.
• Functional Specification Development - Author detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories that align with enterprise architecture standards. Ensure traceability from high level business objectives through to detailed functional requirements and verification criteria.
