Logistics Coordinator

Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team, to support the day-to-day coordination of transportation, shipment documentation, and delivery tracking across ThermalWorks ' domestic and international operations.

The Logistics Coordinator serves as a key resource within the logistics function, supporting shipment visibility, carrier communication, document management, and reporting activities.

This role is responsible for coordinating transportation, maintaining shipment documentation, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate logistics records across manufacturing partner locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and customer destinations across North America, Europe, and other international markets.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment. Thermal Works values efficiency and strives to maintain smooth operations.
