VoloHealth - Product Manager - Wallet/Payments Infrastructure,

Position Overview : Volo Health is hiring 2 Product Managers to own the Retail App, Wallet, Payvider, and PulsePoint vertical end-to-end from roadmap and prioritization through to shipped features. This role drives AI-powered workflow automation and leads the modernization of our portal experience, working closely with engineering, design, and operations, and reporting to the CTO. Key Details : Experience : 5-8 years in product management Reporting To : CTO Open Positions : 2 Education : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field - MBA preferred but not mandatory Core Skills : - Proven experience owning a consumer or fintech product end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration - Strong understanding of wallet/payments infrastructure, retail app experiences, or provider-network platforms - Experience defining and prioritizing product roadmaps using data-driven decision making - Ability to translate business requirements into detailed PRDs and work closely with engineering, design, and QA - Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product workflows automation, fraud/claims detection, or AI-assisted decisioning Good to Have : - Experience modernizing legacy portals or internal tooling - Familiarity with claims processing, TPA/insurance operations, or regulated fintech workflows - Exposure to agile/scrum delivery and cross-functional stakeholder management Preferred Domain Experience : - Experience in health insurance, insurance technology, healthcare technology, fintech, or another regulated industry - Prior ownership of wallet, payments, or provider-network products (e.g. Payvider- or PulsePoint-style verticals) What We Look For : - Ownership mindset comfortable driving a vertical end-to-end with minimal oversight - Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across engineering, design, and business teams - Genuine curiosity about applying AI to real operational workflows, not just as a buzzword - Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage product environment About Volo Health : Volo Health is a technology-first health insurance and healthcare fintech group serving insurers, employers, hospitals, and members across India.
