Digital Product Manager - eCommerce

Our client is one of the Top Life Insurance Companies of India and is first insurance company in India to be listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Designation : Chief Manager Department : E-Commerce Reporting to: Asst. Vice President Key Responsibilities: - Digital partnership, one will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development and integrations for digital channels of Bancassurance and Fintech partners of Life Insurance Company. - The digital channels comprise of the insurance section appearing on the banks' and partners' websites, apps and other digital assets. - One will be working on the overall digital purchase journeys, enhancing digital customer experience and development strategy / roadmap for life insurance solutions through digital partners. - Creating a customer segment-product offering-digital journey mapping for each partner by deep mining of data and customer behavior patterns on digital platforms. Operations and Customer Journey: - Close collaboration with IT, Operations and Underwriting teams as well as with counterparts from partner's end to facilitate smooth development and provide superior customer experience. - One will be managing a team and will be accountable to deliver digital projects / digital process enablement for partners in time bound manner Partner Management: - Engaging with the partner with digital journey insights and strategize the development roadmap. - Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices between partners and internal teams to help embed a robust digital ecosystem. Educational Qualification / Experience - MBA from a Tiered institute with 10+ years of experience
