minds/ Job Description Execute our Formative Minds’ curriculum (~10 to 12 classes lessons per week, 2 hours per class) Deliver lessons according to Formative Mind’s teaching and curriculum standards to ensure high quality of student learning Record and input students’ milestone check quizzes results into our proprietary data-analytics platform Monitor and analyse class and students’ learning through prompt feedback (written/verbal), data analysis, and grading of students’ work Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents; provide regular updates to parents on students’ performance and progress Provide support and ideas towards the improvement, planning and development of curriculum Contribute actively in team meetings Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students Provide coverage for teachers who are unable to take their assigned class due to unforeseen circumstances Other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned Able to work at least 1 weekend Management Associate Programme (for selected teaching staff) The Management Associate Programme is designed to allo
