Are you a highly organized project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced client services environment? Precision AQ is seeking a Program Manager to play a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of medical communications programs.

In this position, you will partner closely with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain operational excellence, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client partnership, process management, financial oversight, and team collaboration while contributing to impactful healthcare communications programs.

About You You are a highly organized project manager who can successfully oversee multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. You are a proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges, identifies risks early, and develops effective solutions.

You excel at building relationships and communicating clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and serving as a key operational leader across complex programs.

You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate project documentation, financial tracking, and workflow processes. You are comfortable providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while supporting their professional growth.

About the Role

As one of the three core leaders of the account team, the Program Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and communicating project workflows that ensure successful execution of client programs.

You will serve as a vital operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers, providing visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs, financial performance, and project status.
