Full Stack Engineer (AI) Experience: 3–5 Years Role Overview We are looking for a talented and hands-on Full Stack Engineer (AI) to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems andAI-powered product experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across modern full stack development, with a solid understanding of building reliable AI workflows, testing systems, and production-grade applications.

This role requires a balance of software engineering excellence, AI system design, quality engineering, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in designing and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems. Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies such as React. js, TypeScript, and Node. js . Deep understanding of browser architecture and frontend performance considerations.

Experience building LLM-powered workflows , including: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Tool calling Structured outputs Agent-based workflows Human-in-the-loop patterns Experience creating evaluation pipelines using: Golden datasets Regression tests Deterministic evaluators LLM-as-a-judge approaches Ability to implement observability, monitoring, guardrails, fallbacks, and validation for dependable AI systems.

Strong judgment in balancing model quality, latency, reliability, maintainability, and cost . Hands-on experience with automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers. Familiarity with test automation frameworks , CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure concepts.

Solid understanding of agile engineering practices and software delivery workflows. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex system behavior, logs, and root causes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs, risks, and quality standards to diverse stakeholders.
