You ll turn complex challenges into clear priorities and practical product direction. By bringing the right people together, asking the right questions and keeping decisions moving, you ll help initiatives progress from discovery through to rollout and optimisation. What you bring • At least 5 years of Product Management experience within SaaS, software, e-commerce or another digital product environment • A completed bachelor s degree • Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • A solid understanding of product discovery, requirements, roadmap planning, prioritisation, testing, rollout and optimisation • The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions • Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • A hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership • Fluent English communication skills You ll probably enjoy this role if you • like balancing product thinking with practical execution • get energy from bringing structure to complex challenges • enjoy working closely with engineers and business stakeholders • are comfortable challenging ideas and making trade-offs • want to make a visible impact in the live entertainment industry • enjoy seeing your ideas come to life • like helping colleagues improve through collaboration • prefer ownership, openness and impact over hierarchy Our Product culture Our Product team is fast-paced, collaborative and open. We work across teams and locations, share feedback freely and believe the best solutions are created together. You ll work with Product leadership, other Product Managers, Engineering, Operational IT and teams such as Client Success, Customer Service, Event Services, Finance and Business Development. We re an international team with plenty of energy, curiosity and ambition. There is room to challenge existing ways of working and help us improve how we build products together. What you ll get • A salary that aligns with your experience • 27 vacation days and travel reimbursement • A spot in our Amsterdam or Groningen office • Hybrid working, with up to two remote-working days per week after onboarding • A remote-working budget of 250,- and laptop of your choice • Career development support through coaching and training, access to our learning partner GoodHabitz • Mental health support through OpenUp • Access to the events we support • Monthly team events and company parties • Team lunches, Friday drinks and an international group of colleagues Why EVENTIM? You ll have the opportunity to lead important initiatives, strengthen the Product team and help shape how we work across Amsterdam and Groningen. If you re looking for a senior product role where you can combine ownership, collaboration and hands-on execution, we d love to hear from you.
