We're about to move into our beautiful new office space and
looking for an exceptional Office Manager to take ownership of our workplace
and help create an environment where our people can do their best work every
day.
This is not your typical office management role.
You'll be at the heart of the business, leading workplace
operations, facilities management, health and safety initiatives, employee
experiences, company events, and office culture. You'll work across the
organisation, partnering with HR, IT, Finance, Property teams, leaders, and
external providers to ensure our workplace remains safe, engaging, efficient,
and welcoming.
What you'll be doing
As the driving force behind our workplace experience, you
will:
• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate office
• Ensure our workplace is safe, professional, and operating at its best
• Manage facilities, maintenance, repairs, contractors, and service providers
• Oversee workplace systems including parking, access cards, visitor processes, and meeting room functionality
• Coordinate company events, celebrations, town halls, and employee initiatives
• Champion workplace health and safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance activities
• Support onboarding experiences and create memorable moments for employees and visitors
• Monitor budgets, procurement, office supplies, and operational spend
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact across the business
What will make you successful?
You'll be someone who enjoys being in the middle of the
action and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences. You'll bring:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Experience working within medium-to-large organisations
• Strong facilities and vendor management experience
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to confidently juggle competing priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working with workplace systems, technology, and digital tools
• High levels of judgement, professionalism, and discretion
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences
