Job Description

Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce 360 Start Date: 24th August Duration: 10 Weeks Rate: $800 - $900 / day + Super Hybrid: 2-3 days in office This role will be an immediate joiner to a large scale S360 implementation project for one of Australia's leading education institutes. Short term contract needing someone to deliver functional and business documentation, map data and provide analysis. Overview • Experienced Technical BA - Knowledge of CRM and Data Systems, with recent Australian experience • Requirements to delivery : elicitation, business and functional documentation, data mapping, gap and impact analysis — specs a development team can build from • Data migration and quality : legacy-to-cloud migrations at high volume, with ownership of profiling, lineage, validation and reconciliation frameworks • Reporting and analytics delivery : hands-on build of executive-level dashboards and automated data quality monitoring, translating complex data into decision-ready insight • Integration and AI: Proficient in testing integration and CRM • UAT and Testing: Able to support test case creation, functional testing and run UAT with the business Experience • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst with recent Australian experience delivering CRM, customer data and digital transformation projects. • Strong experience working with Salesforce Customer 360 , including CRM processes, customer data management, integrations and supporting end-to-end solution delivery. • Proven ability to elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements, producing high-quality artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria for development teams. • Extensive experience performing data mapping, gap analysis, impact assessments and defining business rules to support system implementations and enhancements. • Hands-on experience delivering large-scale data migration projects , including data profiling, data lineage, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and ensuring data quality throughout legacy-to-cloud migrations. • Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards and analytics , translating complex data into meaningful insights and implementing automated data quality monitoring. • Strong understanding of system integration , including API and CRM integrations, with experience supporting integration testing and validating end-to-end business processes. • Exposure to AI-enabled CRM capabilities and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess business impacts and support implementation initiatives. • Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including creating test cases, coordinating business users, managing defect resolution and supporting successful solution deployment. • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders, developers, solution architects and vendors to deliver business outcomes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. MUST HAVE'S • Immediately available or 1 week notice • Australian Citizen / full work rights • Ability to work in officer 2/3 days per week
